Covid-19 Potential Service Delays

Dear Valued Customer,

Over the past few days a few of our warehouse team have been advised that they are close contacts of a positive Covid-19 case and they have now been instructed to self-isolate.

We have instigated several measures to keep our warehouse staff safe and to minimize the risk of transmission of Covid through our business, these include:

* Splitting our team across multiple shifts to minimize the number of personnel on site
* Mandating the use of PPE and always ensuring appropriate distancing
* Maintaining a high level of regular cleaning throughout the warehouse

Unfortunately, we do expect the number of people in our business who will need to isolate, either through contracting Covid or being a close contact of a Covid case, to increase over the next few weeks.

While we will be doing everything possible to maintain our normal service levels, we do expect this situation to result in delays processing and dispatching orders from our warehouse.

Please also note that the freight networks in and out of Auckland and around the country are also experiencing staff shortages due to Covid exposure & self-isolation requirements and this will further impact on delivery times.

We apologise for the inconvenience to all our customers and certainly appreciate your understanding and patience as our team work hard to get your orders processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
